Veeva Vault PromoMats

This connector developed, owned and maintained by Magnolia in collaboration with our partner Atypical Digital, exposes approved medical content from Veeva Vault PromoMats to authors in Magnolia and enables it to be used in regular component dialogs. This ensures that you only use compliant content throughout your site or portal.

The connector works by configuring Magnolia with Veeva credentials, which will invoke Veeva Vault PromoMats' content APIs to read its content, expose it to authors and add it to pages.

The connector includes the following features:

Filter content based on current approval status, i.e. only enable the use of fully approved content or use any content
Modular content integration: the ability to read entire modules at once and apply all or some of their content to the current component to limit the amount of subsequent approvals needed on an authored page
Content added by reference to maintain retractability and ensure it is always up to date with changes made in Veeva
Content adherence: content is read along with any flags (such as "required", "channel", "grouping", etc.) that may be applied to it such that it may be used as intended in Magnolia
