Our Application Process

1. CV Review

Initial Screening & Basic Requirements

The initial screening where recruiters evaluate applicants’ qualifications, career history, and key achievements to ensure they meet the basic role requirements.

2. Initial Interview

Personality & Cultural Fit

An exploratory conversation focused on soft skills, values, and communication style to determine whether the candidate’s personality aligns with the company’s culture.

3. Skill Assessment

Technical Expertise & Job-Specific Skills Assessment

A deep dive into the candidate’s professional capabilities, using tests, case studies, or technical interviews to verify their ability to perform the role’s core tasks.

4. Team Interview

Chemistry Check

A meeting with potential teammates to assess interpersonal compatibility, collaboration style, and how naturally the candidate might integrate into the existing group dynamic.

5. Final Interview(s)

Interview with the Hiring Manager / Head of Department

The final stage, where leadership evaluates overall fit, long-term potential, and readiness to contribute strategically to the department’s goals.

6. The Final Offer

The Proposal & Next Steps

We present our final offer, discussing compensation, benefits, and your start date. Upon acceptance, we'll guide you through contract signing and the first steps of your onboarding.
