Born in Zurich, he has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry and possesses profound expertise in the field of content management. Early in his career, he founded and developed pioneering CMS systems. He enjoys spending his free time windsurfing in the summer and skiing in the mountains in the winter.
Mark Holenstein
CEO, Emporix
Mark Holenstein is the CEO of Emporix and one of the architects of modern B2B commerce. He spent a decade building Hybris into a category-defining platform before its acquisition by SAP, then led go-to-market at Akeneo and Appway. Today, he's focused on the problem no platform has fully solved: making commerce truly autonomous - self-steering, process-driven, and freed from the operational overhead that still defines most enterprise operations. He holds a degree from the University of St. Gallen and is based in Zug, Switzerland.
