Digital business platform vendor named as one of top 100 digital companies by EContent
Magnolia has had a bumper year, winning more customers than in any other year in its history. It achieved a 45% increase in customers and partners, in addition to moving to new premises to accommodate its steady growth. The Swiss digital business platform company was also proud to be named, for the second time, as one of Econtent’s Top 100 digital companies.
2015 was a record-breaker for the digital business company, as Magnolia won twice as many customers as in 2014, ending the year with a 45% increase in customers. Major new clients who have signed up to use Magnolia include Max Mara Fashion Group, Generali Group, Postoffice UK, Coop Adriatica, Central Bank of Asia, Credit Plus, mybet Group, Elisa, and Grupo Julià. Magnolia now has around 250 clients.
In 2015, Magnolia also increased its partner network by an impressive 45%. Magnolia partners play a key role in its success and are therefore chosen carefully for their ability to offer extra value to customers. Magnolia’s partners around the world include both strategic technology partners - like IBM and Rackspace – and implementation partners, who are a vital element of Magnolia’s success. Magnolia held a number of partner events throughout the year and recently launched a new partner extranet to strengthen its collaboration with partners.
Magnolia has made a name for itself as an ideal platform for complex digital transformation projects involving multiple integrations. To make integration easier, it launched a number of new connectors this year, including Salesforce, SugarCRM, Amazon S3 and IBM Marketing Cloud. It also launched a marketplace to facilitate the visibility and distribution of existing and new connectors.

Magnolia launched its latest version, 5.4, with the theme of making things faster and easier for developers by decoupling front-end frameworks. Front-end developers (scripting, HTML, CSS) can now customize Magnolia by using front end languages to create templates and extend Magnolia.
In addition to its Basel conference, Magnolia held a conference in the San Francisco Bay Area this year. The two events had a combined attendance of 350 attendees.
