Patrick Hey is the Head of Digital Experience Solutions at Arineo. He dedicates his career to the digitalization and optimization of global customer and sales processes. With over 25 years of Information Technology (IT) experience, Patrick connects enterprise platforms with people to build reliable digital experiences. He acts as a trusted advisor for organizations navigating complex commerce challenges, helping teams improve customer satisfaction and drive efficient business growth.

Throughout his career, Patrick has managed more than 250 digital projects around the world. He built a strong technical foundation as a consultant, developer, and solution architect before moving into strategic management roles. These roles included team lead, marketing and business development director, and vice president. Prior to his current role, he spent nearly 19 years at Sycor, leading global teams of consultants, developers, and designers to deliver advanced enterprise commerce activities. Today at Arineo—one of Germany's fastest-growing startups—he oversees global customer experience and engagement solutions from the very first concept to daily optimization and support.

Patrick holds a degree in Business Informatics (Dipl.-Wirt.-Inf.) from the Technische Universität Ilmenau. To maintain high standards of technical excellence, he has earned several industry credentials, including SAP Cloud Platform Essentials and the SAP Hybris Customer Engagement & Commerce Presales Certificate. His strategic work in modern commerce environments earned him the SAP Digital Selling Award in 2016. He has also contributed to industry literature with publications such as Customer Hourglass Reassures Web Shop Users. Furthermore, Patrick spent four years as a lecturer at the PFH Private University of Applied Sciences Göttingen, teaching enterprise architecture and Java programming to business informatics students.
