Don Lee is a seasoned technology executive and business leader with more than two decades of experience in marketing technology, sales enablement, and enterprise software delivery. As the Managing Director for Asia-Pacific (APAC) at Magnolia, the executive guides regional business expansion and drives digital transformation initiatives for global brands and agencies. Don established the APAC presence for the modular Digital Experience Platform (DXP) from the ground up, assembling a high-performing team to build secure, trusted partnerships and expand customer alliances across the region.


Prior to anchoring Magnolia's growth in Asia, Don held senior enterprise leadership roles at several global technology and digital marketing organizations. He served as the Senior Director of Digital Marketing for Asia at Epsilon and spearheaded regional development as the Head of Adobe Campaign at Adobe. During his tenure at Adobe, he managed sales, operations, and marketing strategies while establishing a robust customer and partner ecosystem across multiple corporate verticals. His past experience also includes leading campaign management and analytics sales at SDL plc and serving as the Head of Channels for Enterprise Marketing Management (EMM) at IBM, where he oversaw partner growth and enablement across global growth markets.


Don's background in technology delivery features prominent management roles across specialized vendor sectors. He acted as the Regional Sales Director for Asia at Unica, managed channel resources as the APAC Director for Autonomy etalk, and expanded product portfolios into more than 26 countries as the Vice President of Regional Sales at Innovax Systems. Beyond corporate strategy, Don contributes to the broader technology ecosystem as a thought leader on the Forbes Business Council and shares his expertise as a guest lecturer on digital marketing and technology evolution at the National University of Singapore and Nanyang Technological University.


Rigorous academic training supports his strategic execution and technical leadership. Don holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.Eng.) in Digital Signal Processing from Nanyang Technological University and earned an Executive Certificate in Engineering Leadership from Nanyang Business School. He also completed foundational mathematical and scientific studies at Victoria Junior College. Combining deep engineering principles with extensive business acumen, the director delivers tailored guidance that helps organizations scale their digital engagement seamlessly without adding operational complexity or hidden software costs.
