Technical Account Manager (Cloud Delivery)

What will you do?

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives, technical requirements, and challenges related to cloud delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with clients to develop tailored cloud delivery strategies 

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery process, oversee resource allocation, and ensure timely and efficient deployment of cloud services.

  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients on cloud architecture, infrastructure design, migration strategies, and optimization opportunities.

  • Proactively identify potential issues or roadblocks in the delivery process and work with internal teams to develop solutions and mitigate risks.

  • Shape new feature developments that our Product teams are working on

  • Ensuring compliance with technical quality standards in implementation projects based on Magnolia 

What do you bring in?

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in technical consulting or management, as a Technical Project Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect - ideally in a CMS/DXP/PaaS/SaaS environment

  • Proven knowledge and practical experience in the areas of software rollout & release planning, deployment strategies, CI/CD scenarios, systems engineering or DevOps, especially with a focus on cloud-based operating models.

  • Deep understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform), cloud migration methodologies, and best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop effective solutions.

  • The ability to turn customer requirements and problems into product features and solutions

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and build strong relationships with client

  • Fluent in German & English, both verbally and in writing is a must!
