Head of Product Management

What will you do?

As our new Head of Product Management for our Magnolia DXP, you will be developing and constantly enhancing the product’s vision. Since this is an essential and highly interdependent role within our organization, you will find yourself exchanging and working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders across all hierarchical levels. Also, you will be the enabler for the product team to execute and realize the product vision and strategy.

  • Leading and managing a team of five Product Managers

  • Owning the vision of Magnolia’s DXP

  • Research the competitive landscape and markets, identify growth potential and implement those in the strategy

  • Together with the product management team define and own the product roadmap

  • Foster alignment of various streams and initiatives

  • Act as an evangelist and ambassador for our products, both internally and externally

  • Own offering and pricing of Magnolia’s DXP

  • Drive effective positioning, consistent messaging, and raising user awareness for product vision and delivered features in collaboration with Product Marketing


What do you bring in?

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, ideally in an Enterprise Software Product 

  • Experience with leading a diverse, international team working in an agile environment

  • Proven background in Content Management, Marketing Automation, Digital Asset Management, or related area

  • Proven ability to work in cross-functional teams, ability to prioritize, mediate between parties

  • You place the customer at the center of your professional mission

  • You have a visionary mindset accompanied with the ability to win people over

  • Willingness to travel about 20% of your time

  • You have a preference for spending about two days a week in the company of your colleagues in  the office (exact frequency can be discussed)
