Oscar Riolobos joined Air Europa 4 years ago as a Bbusiness Manager in the web department, few months after the current platform was launched. During his transition at Air Europa, has worked on expanding the Ecommerce team, improving the platform and the customer experience by doubling the share of the digital channels of the company.
Country Manager, AB Tasty
With more than 15 years of experience in international business and technology, Jesús Moreno has been introducing AB Tasty in the Spanish, Italian and Portuguese markets for more than three years. During this time, he has helped companies in their task of increasing conversion rates, always based on the benefits of Test & Learn (the continuous optimization approach) and the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
Business Applications Competence Center Manager, Applus
Rubén Ávila is the responsible for the Business Application Competence Center, where one of his daily challenges is to understand the business requires in terms of IT and how to solve the various situations that arise with the tools that the company owns by being cost and time effective.

Ali has an engineering background, with more than 14 years of experience within travel industry, working in each aspect of the Hotels industry, Transfer, Rent a Cars, Flights, and Tours & Activities. In these years he worked as a Programmer, Technical Analyst, Business analyst, Integration manager, Architect, etc. Ali started his exciting journey with TUI destination experience 4 years ago, when the company was planning its digital strategy.
Online Marketing Director, Prosegur
For the last 3 years, Chema Piedrafita has been the Online Marketing Director at Prosegur Alarmas. He combines his day to day at Prosegur with the teaching of Digital Marketing in different Universities and Business Schools. Also he published a SEO and SEM book. With more than 170,000 employees, and in the process of digital transformation, Prosegur has been leader in Spain for more than 30 years and the third largest security company worldwide.
David Caviedes Márquez
Technical Leader in the expert center of CSP (Content Solutions Platforms), atSistemas
With a degree in Computer Technical Engineering and with a master's degree in web and mobile application development from the University of Seville, David is an enthusiast of new technologies. He currently works as a Technical Leader in the expert center of CSP (Content Solutions Platforms) of atSistemas, specialized in Magnolia. He was one of the first people in Spain to obtain certification in Magnolia. Also he coordinates a team of expert developers in Magnolia regarding technical level in Spain in a company like atSistemas that already has more than 1300 employees, promoting responsible growth that in 2018 was more than 27% compared to the previous year. Outside of work he is a fan of motorcycling, in addition to a great passion for sports, practicing since childhood: swimming, basketball, running, cycling, tennis, paddle tennis, and for more than 10 years, triathlon.
