The new online strategy was tailored to the distribution model of Migros Bank and developed by communications agency Interone. Magnolia was chosen as the CMS.
Magnolia’s main benefit for financial institutions is its solid and proven architecture.
The new website’s concept is mainly based on the needs of the visitor: it offers coherent information, direct contact as well as forms for bank products through downloads. Several calculators and configurators complete the offerings. Fixed sidebar areas enable access to contact the bank directly, branch search, as well as the new Migros Bank blog at all times. With these online features, clients will go to meetings with their bank consultant more confidently and better prepared.
The portal is split into the two main target groups of Migros Bank: private citizens and businesses.
Magnolia’s multichannel features allow Migros Bank to automatically optimize content according to the end device - so the finance portal is now worth a visit on desktop, tablet and smartphone. Additionally, editors save a lot of time: they can publish content and then use it everywhere, instead of repeating the process for each channel.
