Working and coordinating the customer project development and the daily coordination of the project activities from the customers with the supporting functions HelpDesk, Solution Architects. Magnolia has been in operation since 1997 and with it a robust and scalable enterprise CMS/composable DXP solution, the customer is currently running on, with the upcoming changes in the cloud service this position offers opportunity to both shape the success of the customer project as well as the direction of the role.
As an Agile Project Manager for the customer project, you will work in the project team with a Head of development, two front-end developers and a dedicated back-end developer. You will work on the customer projects in order to define user stories and development tasks, maintain a Kanban board, and coordinate the activities with all the internal and external project team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will take care of the customer's gradual evolution and be their representative to the internal teams, communicating and managing desired requests, in order to manage expectations.
