Agile Project Manager

Working and coordinating the customer project development and the daily coordination of the project activities from the customers with the supporting functions HelpDesk, Solution Architects. Magnolia has been in operation since 1997 and with it a robust and scalable enterprise CMS/composable DXP solution, the customer is currently running on, with the upcoming changes in the cloud service this position offers opportunity to both shape the success of the customer project as well as the direction of the role. 

As an Agile Project Manager for the customer project, you will work in the project team with a Head of development, two front-end developers and a dedicated back-end developer. You will work on the customer projects in order to define user stories and development tasks, maintain a Kanban board, and coordinate the activities with all the internal and external project team members and stakeholders. Additionally, you will take care of the customer's gradual evolution and be their representative to the internal teams, communicating and managing desired requests, in order to manage expectations.

What things you’ll be doing?

  • Manage the customer project to be successful 

  • Coordination of the development tasks and maintenance of a Kanban board

  • Collecting epics, user stories and development tasks

  • Identify dependencies between the task and coordinate with the developers. 

  • Create and maintain a backlog, progress plan and define a roadmap 

  • Help in project management activities of Magnolia projects 

  • Work constantly with cutting-edge technology to help customers reach their demanding goals in digital transformation.

What do we need from you?

  • Project management practices with agile development requirements. It also involves team management, planning, customer support, and process management.
  • Several years of experience in customer work as a business analyst identifying business needs/requirements and writing user stories and development tasks in the content management and DXP industry
  • Establish agile (Scrum) process, introduce and maintain the tooling and coordinate with the PaaS development team
  • Is responsible for the coordination of engagements with the stakeholder: Customer, Partners, Customer Success Manager, SalesReps and Magnolia development teams 
  • Work on the PaaS product description, processes and enablement material and constantly evaluate processes to improve.
  • Ideally, knowledgeable with the Magnolia application and with cloud and web services.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • A collaborative can-do attitude and a relentless focus on helping customers succeed
  • Ability to present to customers and manage escalations
