About the opportunity

Accounting Assistant

As our new Accounting Assistant, you are responsible for the administration and processing of incoming invoices (incl. expense and credit card statements). In doing so, you will check the invoicing and obtain appropriate content checks. You are also responsible for a smooth visa and payment process.

What things you’ll be doing?

  • Processing of accounts payable 

  • Processing and monitoring of expense and credit card processes in compliance with internal policies and regulations

  • Support of the accountant in the general ledger and cost accounting

  • Supporting the accountant in asset accounting

  • Supporting the finance team in monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual financial statements according to Swiss iGAAP FER and OR

What do we need from you?

  • Basic commercial training 
  • Professional training as an accountant or comparable further training
  • Potentially first professional experience in accounting
  • Knowledge in MS-Excel and Abacus
  • Business fluent in German and English
  • You are detail-oriented, do well with numbers, are well organized, team-oriented, and quick on the uptake.
