Job description

Helping customers choose their favourite flavour of our product is paramount - through strong relationships and highly effective presentation of what an end scenario would look like. This is where you come in as an EMEA Customer Success Manager. Magnolia’s future Cloud CSM will act as the intermediary between the customer, partner and our modern content platform, and will work closely with our Support, Product Development and Sales teams to ensure success for our customers.

 

What you will do

  • Onboard new customers and work cross-team to ensure customer success
  • Advising and guiding our customers on how to develop their future technology and martech stack on top of the Magnolias platform
  • Planning, coordinating and carrying out strategic business reviews with our customers
  • Collecting and communicating customer input and requirements
  • Shape new feature developments which our Product team are working on
  • Deliver expertise internally, build and strengthen relationships externally
  • Ensuring compliance with technical quality standards in project management of implementation projects based on Magnolia
 

What you bring

  • 3+ years of professional experience in technical consulting or management, as a Technical Project Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect - ideally in a CMS/DXP/PaaS/SaaS/ environment
  • Proven knowledge and practical experience in the areas of software rollout & release planning, deployment strategies, CI/CD scenarios, systems engineering or DevOps, especially with a focus on cloud-based operating models.
  • Very good practical software skills 
  • The passion to represent customer requirements and problems and bring them to product management 
  • The capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Dedicated customer focus with a strong blend of business and technical knowledge to work with a variety of customers and stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel (up to 20%)
  • Fluent in German & English, both verbally and in writing is a must!
