Senior Technical Account Manager / Solution Architect

As our new Senior Technical Account Manager for the APAC region, you will be the go-to person for the sales team, as well as new and existing customers in software-matters.

What things you’ll be doing?

  • Answering all technical questions in our sales team
  • Supporting our customers in technical questions, problems, and services requests by developing convincing customer-specific answers for the technical part of Requests For Proposal / specifications
  • Providing high-level product demos and present customized solutions
  • Organizing the follow-up of sales meetings to discuss and finalize technical requirements
  • Coordinating Magnolia experts and Service work delivery

What do we need from you?

  • Minimum three years of professional experience in technical consulting or management, as a Technical Project Manager, Pre-Sales Engineer or Solution Architect (ideally in a Web/CMS environment)
  • Very good practical software skills (preferably in programming with Java)
  • Experience with international experience platforms or CMS implementation projects
  • Tech-savvy and passionate about IT/software products
  • The ability to turn customer requirements and problems into product features and solutions
  • The capacity to communicate with stakeholders at all levels of seniority
  • Dedicated customer-focus
  • Willingness to travel (up to 50%)
  • Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
