Director of Sales APAC

As we build on the success of our APAC team, we are now looking for a Director of Sales to enable partners and customers to achieve success with us together. What you will do

  • Leverage networks and relationships to drive awareness of Magnolia
  • Turn Qualified Leads from the BDR team into Opportunities and own the sales process 
  • Engage with relevant stakeholders from the team, partners and clients to ensure the customer journey is well covered and ensuring our solution aligns with the business goals of the opportunity 
  • Build a sales plan, orchestrate a strong pipeline and deliver on forecasts
  • Participate in marketing events and programs to drive greater marketing outcomes and work closely with marketing to drive awareness continually
  • Work with, manage, and learn from, an amazing team of experts, continually collaborating with the team to leverage on different skill sets and expertise to empower yourself and your role responsibilities

Who you are

  • Minimum 5 years experience in B2B sales/Account Management/enterprise sales
  • Track record in software sales in the MarTech space
  • Ability to work well as a team player and independently when need arises
  • A reputation for walking the talk and valuing relationships
  • Knowledge of at least two of the following: APIs / Systems Integration / CMS / eCommerce / SaaS / Cloud infrastructure
  • Ability to speak a second language (eg Mandarin) is a bonus
