Novasoft, a leading provider of innovative and knowledge-based solutions in information technology, has entered into a partnership with the Magnolia Organization, developers of Magnolia for Web Content Management, the leading open-source enterprise content management system (ECM) built on the revolutionary Java Content Repository Standard JSR-170.
Magnolia for Web Content Management is freely available as a downloadable binary installer or as a drop-in J2EE deployable war file. It includes everything needed to get started within 10 minutes. Magnolia runs on all operating systems (JDK 1.4.1 or later required). No additional software or databases are required.
Some of the major features that attracted Novasoft to Magnolia were its usability, scalability and internationalisation. Magnolia is available in more than 15 languages including Russian, Chinese, English, French, German and Spanish. Its web-browser interface is intuitive and easy to use matching closely with the importance Novasoft puts in making functional but accessible and usable products.
