Pascal Mangold, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder, Magnolia International

Pascal Mangold is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Co-Founder of Magnolia and has had over 15 years of software development and sales experience. At Magnolia, he oversees sales, business development, budgeting, and financial controlling. Pascal leads all graphical user interface design efforts of Magnolia software products.
His passion for usability started back in 1990 when he programmed input masks for the FileMaker Pro database. Entering self-employment as a Macintosh support engineer in 1992, Pascal started a Web agency in 1995 and helped customers with server administration and Web programming until 2000. Since 2000, he focused on business administration after co-founding what later became Magnolia.
Pascal is a Jazz enthusiast, plays guitar and once per year the piccolo flute in a Swiss carnival music ensemble that he has participated in since the age of six. He lives in Switzerland with his wife and two children.
Boris Kraft, Chief Technology Officer & Co-Founder, Magnolia International

Boris Kraft is Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and Co-Founder of Magnolia. Since 2002, he has been focusing on the development of Magnolia CMS from a strategic and marketing perspective.
In 2007 he launched the New-York-based Magnolia Americas, Inc., to establish a stronger presence for Magnolia in the American market.
His career in IT includes object-oriented software development under NeXTSTEP, several years of active involvement in a leading Internet security company, the development of a distributed real-time simulation environment, the use of Oracle web technology, databases and CASE tools as well as programming the first ever intranet solution for Roche Vitamins AG.
He has been writing software for 25 years and lives in Switzerland with his wife and three children.
Bill Beardslee, General Manager, Magnolia Americas

Bill is responsible for Magnolia's business in the Americas, tending to clients, sales, lead generation and infrastructure. Over the past 10 years, Bill has held senior management positions in various eLearning and CMS providers in the US. Prior to that he was in advertising with small and large agencies, working with clients including McDonald's, Kraft and Philip Morris.

Philipp Baerfuss, Head of Product Development, Magnolia International

Philipp Bärfuss is the Head of Product Development and has developed software and designed web frameworks for over 10 years. He thinks that software development is craftwork and that writing bad software is bad for his karma.
Samuel Staehelin, Head of Professional Services, Magnolia International

Samuel Staehelin joined Magnolia International Ltd. in 2007 as Head of Professional Services with a background of over 15 years of experience in IT and new media.
Samuel has always had a passion for technology, media and art, which is also reflected in his past roles of Consultant and Product Manager for a prospering internet service provider and consulting company, as well as conceptualizing and project managing international exhibitions and new media projects. Samuel is highly experienced in both leading and overseeing large-scale IT projects.
Samuel loves sailing boats, blue water cruising and all kind of water sports. He lives in Switzerland with his wife and two children.
Jan Haderka, General Manager, Magnolia Czech Republic

Jan has been developing software since 1995, focusing on the development of content management and knowledge management solutions since 2000.
Since late 2008 Jan was substantial in development of the Czech branch of Magnolia International and it's focus on customer satisfaction and product quality. Among other software he was developing solutions in various fields including social security, competitor information, chemistry, biology, genetic and genomic systems.
During the last 15 years he has lived in Ireland, Switzerland and Czech Republic with his wife and three children.
